Refund and Returns Policy

As much as we hope you love all your items from MIZBEHAVIOR, we have a returns/exchange  policy in place if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.

We do not issue cash refunds to original forms of payment for any reason, including; cancellations of orders that has been dispatched.

If you need a different size, MIZBEHAVIOR will provide a size exchange or store credit which can be used within 185 days of your original purchase to shop the new size or item for all full price items that adhere to all return conditions

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within the first 3 days for Lagos customers, 5 days for interstate customers and 14 days for international customers.
  2. Item(s) must have all original tags attached, including all packaging, accessories, authenticity cards, dust bags, black return tag and hygiene stickers or it will not be accepted.
  3. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in a new unused state and in perfect condition. No damage or signs of wear, Dog or Cat hair, stains; makeup, self-tanner, perfume, cigarette odour, etc
  4. Due to the delicate nature of our garments, items which are damaged in the course of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for return.
  5. All accessories are FINAL SALE. No exchanges. No returns.
  6. Due to hygiene purposes, all item(s) tagged intimates, bodysuits, one piece, swimsuits, resort wear are FINAL SALE. No exchanges. No returns.
  7. Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, except the wrong style or size was received. If the sale item is faulty please email sales@mizbehavior.co and we can assist you further. We highly recommend that you choose your item carefully. If you are needing help on sizing, we would love to help you choose the correct size to avoid any kind of disappointment.

We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.

All items will be reviewed individually upon return.

Any item(s) returned outside the 14 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed or has any make-up marks, will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, to ensure that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for item(s) not received.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 1-3 business days after we receive your return (not including weekends and holidays) for your Store Credit to be issued. Once your return is processed, you will receive a Store Credit in the form of an e-Card, which does not expire to shop for a different size or style.

Please only inquire about this status if more than 3 working days have passed.

Due to the spread of COVID-19, as a safety measure returns would be kept in a temporary quarantine area for 72 hours before processing.

RETURNS WITHIN NIGERIA:

  1. Please click on the return package button below to download your returns form.
  2. Return item to address listed on your returns form.
  3. Items must be returned within 3 days of receiving your order for Lagos deliveries.
  4. Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving your order for interstate deliveries.
  5. When the item is received, we will email you with the outcome. Please allow between 24 hours for a response.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

  1. Please click on the return package button below to download your returns form.
  2. Return item to address listed on your returns form.
  3. We have two different warehouse locations Los Angeles, California and Lagos, Nigeria. Please choose return address available and correctly to avoid delay. We accept returns only at our warehouse at Lagos, Nigeria for now.
  4. When the item is received we will email you with the outcome. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Defective Items

We thoroughly inspect all garments prior to delivery/shipping. In the rare instance that the item is defective or damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately at returns@mizbehavior.co. We will replace it with the same item in the same size subject to stock availability or issue you with a store credit.

Due to the delicate nature of our garments, items which are damaged in the course of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for return.

  • Goods are only classified faulty if they have a manufacturing fault or unrepairable.

  1. Send an email to returns@mizbehavior.co stating the garment item name on the site, the size you ordered and the size you would prefer.
  2. Please provide us with a description or a picture of the defect/ damage item(s)
  3. Once we have received your new preferred size we will provide you with the address the garment needs to be sent back to.
  4. Once we have received your item, we will send a replacement out for you subject to stock availability or issue you with a store credit.
  5. Please note we reserve the right to refuse any items sent back that have been worn and had original tags, accessories, authenticity cards, dust bags, black return tag and hygiene stickers removed.
  6. Item(s) used, washed, or damaged will be sent back to the address listed on your order.
  7. Please try on the clothes with caution, as we will not accept clothes that have acquired a scent of perfume and/or makeup stains.
