Delivery Policy

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are currently shipped from Lagos, Nigeria.

Orders are usually processed within 24-48 working hours of receiving your order.

An email or text message will be sent to you with your tracking number/delivery information.

Our domestic orders usually take 24-48 working hours for intrastate(within Lagos) delivery,1-5 working days for interstate(outside Lagos) delivery & international delivery takes 3-5 working days, orders may take longer during sales or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please ensure that you have filled in a valid and identifiable address and phone numbers for delivery.

Calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location.

Dispatch notification/ Immediate Cancellations

An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.

You will not be able to change or amend your delivery address and size once your order has been made.

Should you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched please email us immediately, as this will not be possible once the item has been shipped.

If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please notify us by sending an email to delivery@mizbehavior.co including your order number.

Item not delivered?

If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by selected courier service.

Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.

Customs and Duties Charges

Almost all shipments crossing international borders (outside the Nigeria) are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. MizBehavior has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. These charges are the customers’ responsibility.

MizBehavior is not liable for any extra custom fees charged by individual countries or extra holding times as this is beyond our control.
